Please note: The initial three – six weeks are dedicated to laying the  foundation and groundwork. We have the  expertise to mold together a program that will be effective for you and your company.

We  contract our services to you, for either:  ten, twelve or eighteen month increments.  FOR EXAMPLE, Item Numbers 2, 5, 6, 8 and 10,

TOGETHER would produce the most noticeable results in three - five months' time.  Item Numbers 1, 3, 4, 7 and 9 have layers of steps involved that will require more time for completion. 

SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICES 

 1) Using your website as the base, we implement weekly social media  campaigns. We post short ads and/or attention-getting verbiage on  these platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X) and  YouTube, running simultaneously. We also design and post other ads. This can add great momentum for: contacts via website, new patients, and the like! This takes two-four weeks to plan, test, create and implement.   

Introducing Chris Mallazzo:  Social Media mastermind – Website, social  media and email campaigns are overseen by Chris. Providing marketing intelligence, competitive analysis, website design,  advertising services and sales management for domestic medical, retail,  life sciences, hospitality, transportation, legal education, insurance, and  manufacturing organizations. 2) Highly Recommended. We attend and sponsor several events with the

Chamber of Commerce, for you.  And/or you can be mildly or very active in the various events and networking. Today’s version of the Chamber offers a vast array of specialized opportunities for networking and expansion.             Note:

Gilbert Chamber of Commerce = $610 annual Business Membership;

Chandler Chamber of Commerce = $795 annual Business Membership.

There are higher levels of membership also available.

 3) We work with local and national publications, on a regular basis, to  increase your visibility and generate strong awareness for you. We  create articles and clinical pieces and do the follow-up to have them  released. We have current established connections with:  

• TotalHealth Magazine –    digital version. They have several social  media and YouTube channels and often showcase preventive and  integrative medicine articles. Mission:  health, wellness & fitness 

AND

• Arizona Physician – digital version. 12,600 physicians in AZ are  readership. They often print articles on holistic health and integrated medicine articles.  Mission:  To bring timely healthcare information to all physicians across Arizona on multiple media platforms.

4) Health Expos and Health Fairs. Although Health & Wellness Expos aren’t  a good venue for getting patient referrals, they’re an excellent source to  find other organizations in which to collaborate! 

5) A Must Have! Local advertising. We create and oversee ad placement  in local pubs, as the Phoenix Business Journal, etc. Monthly ad rates  range from $595, upwards. You have many options in this area. 

6) Email campaigns. These are done through Constant Contact, which has  many sorting and streamlining features. We work with data companies  to purchase data lists, usually, price range of $170 - $220 for  approximately 250 records. We create and implement campaigns  through Constant Contact, which are much more acceptable by many  and are in “opt-in” status. We create the content and carry out these campaigns. 

7) For certain clients, we make connections with senior executive members  of hospitals, specifically, the VP of Nursing. We participate in meetings and bring awareness.

8) TV segments are quite optional. 

Fees open for discussion.  

"Your Life Arizona" has ad segments that run anywhere in the range of $1600 - $1800 per month, depending on frequency.  Some of these ads get streamed, for you, as many as 50 times after the segment.

9)  Fundraisers.  You can have a fundraiser for your favorite charity.  We offer you an "already prepared" or newly designed presentation, likely from the PowerPoint's

prepared by Dr. Sears Wellness Institute as the main event.

10) And, we can bring success to you by going to your current referral base and enhancing a few of those relationships & connections.  -  Meetings or the right email approaches. - Working with the "lowest hanging fruit" can be fruitful.

Pricing Structure:  Monthly fees vary depending on the services you are provided. Websites are a one-time fee, depending on the scope of work.
